After graduating from the Lviv Conservatory in 1960, Myroslav Skoryk continued his studies in postgraduate training at the Moscow Conservatory in Dmitry Kabalevsky’s class, completing it in 1964.
Dmitry Kabalevsky taught composition at the Moscow Conservatory and was the teacher of Myroslav Skoryk there.
