Louis Schlösser studied under Josef Mayseder during the three years he spent in Vienna on a scholarship. Under Mayseder’s guidance, he developed his skills as a young musician while also studying with other notable Viennese teachers. This period of instruction formed an important part of Schlösser’s early musical training.
