Natalia Hrydneva, born on August 29, 1947 in Kyiv, is a Ukrainian pianist and teacher. She was born into the family of the prominent Soviet scientist and academician Vitalii Hrydnev.

She graduated from the Kyiv Conservatory in 1969 in the class of Vsevolod Vorobyov and completed postgraduate assistant training in 1975. From 1972 she taught at the M. V. Lysenko Kyiv Secondary Specialized Music School, and from 2000 she also taught at the National Music Academy of Ukraine. She became an associate professor there in 2003 and a professor in 2010. Although she performed in piano concerts, she is better known for her teaching work.

Hrydneva trained many well-known Ukrainian pianists, including winners of Ukrainian and international competitions who went on to active international concert careers. Among her students are Oleg Poliansky, Oleksii Hryniuk, Mykhailo Danchenko, Vadym Kholodenko, Andrii Yaroshynskyi, Oleksandr Hryniuk, Oleksii Stukalenko, Aliia Akbergenova, Arsen Yakovenko, Andrii Luniov, Illia Ovcharenko, and Oleksii Kanke.

In 1996 she was awarded the title Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine. In 2012 she was the compiler and co-author, with M. Khrapachova and K. Lavro, of the piano textbook I Want to Play the Piano, published by Music Ukraine.
